If you are not satisfied with a furniture item for any reason, a return or exchange can be requested within 7 days of delivery or pick up. All none furniture items can be returned to the store within 30 days. 

Special orders including Sunbrella cushions are made to your specifications and are non refundable with the exception of in stock colors. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. 

Damaged items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive an item that has been damaged please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item for you. Your assistance will be required during the claims process for any damaged that occurred during transit. 


We stand behind our products that our furniture and its components are free of defects in material and workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the products’ date of delivery. If you find a defect in material or workmanship, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective components.  

All warranties are non-transferable and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Please include a photo with any warranty claims. 

Product warranties do not apply to the following:

1. Use in a non-residential situation. 

2. Damage due to the use of a pressure washer.

3. Deterioration due to wood treatments including the application of teak oil.

4. Damage due to misuse.

5. Damage that is not wear and tear from reasonable private residential use, which including dents, stains, paint scratches, tears to fabric, etc.

6. Deterioration and weathering from exposure to an outdoor environment, including color change, checking (small cracks) in wood, surface blemishes on stainless steel, etc.
